VELOX Solid rubber tyres are manufactured by Paragon Polymer Products Pvt. Ltd. at it state-of-the art plant at Patancheru, near Hyderabad.
The plant is equipped with the latest equipment like:
- Internal Mixer ( Banbury Type )
- Mixing Mills of various capacities
- Kneaders
- Hot Feed Extruder
- Calendar Tyre builder
- Hydraulic Presses etc.
Strict Quality Assurance is ensured by the R&D / QC lab using modern equipment like :
- OD Rheometer
- Mooney Viscometer
- Densicom, etc., to produce high quality and zero defect products
